Our friends at the beautiful Conservation Park are planting 2,500 trees this weekend to help native wildlife thrive — and they need your help! Join us for a fun morning of tree planting. It only takes a few hours, and every volunteer goes into the draw to win movie tickets! Bring your friends and earn bonus entries. It’s a win for our green spaces, our animal friends — and you!
ABOUT
Pine Ridge Conservation Park, located on Olsen Ave in Coombabah, is home to a rare and unique habitat — one that has largely disappeared across Australia. A passionate group of volunteers, led by ecologist Callum, is working hard to protect and restore this precious local ecosystem. Joining a tree planting day is a great way to connect with nature, meet like-minded people, and give back to your community. Come be part of something meaningful!
You don’t need any experience to help out with this project. Just come and join a morning in nature!
Note: this is an outdoor project and volunteers should be mindful of the weather conditions on summer. Bring plenty of water and use appropriate sun protection.
THIS PROJECT IS SUITABLE FOR KIDS!
